I've lived in the Antelope Valley since 1987 and I am familiar with the many communities within it. Many people, including out of area real estate agents who haven't lived here, only know about Palmdale and Lancaster.

My formal education includes a degree in Business Administration from California State University Northridge. Currently I'm a member of the the National Association of Realtors , the California Association of Realtors, and the Greater Antelope Valley Association of Realtors.

I can offer you professional representation and negotiation as well as knowledge of the current local market and pricing trends. Nowadays, a Realtor® must be more of a counselor than a salesperson and I welcome that role. I am very computer savvy, which is a must since real estate has entered the Internet age. There is a lot of information on the Internet about buying and selling property. My job is to help you make sense of it all.
